AUTUMN '26 COLLECTION

Harud is autumn in Kashmir, the few weeks when the valley turns copper, saffron and walnut. This collection gathers the pieces we make for that turn of the season: cashmere and pashmina scarves, wool shawls, jackets and pherans, and lighter wool silk layers for the milder weeks.

In the UK, autumn brings mild days, cold nights and rain on about a third of them, so every fibre here was chosen for warmth that still works when the air is damp. Men’s and women’s pieces sit together, and several of the cashmere scarves are unisex.

What is in the collection

Cashmere and pashmina lead: handwoven Heritage Pashmina® scarves in herringbone and ikat, the Desert Haze pashmina shawl, and cashmere scarves in saffron and amber. Wool follows in shawls, jackets and embroidered pherans, with a velvet pheran set for occasions. Wool silk and acro wool pieces make lighter, easier layers.

Why these fibres

Wool holds up to a third of its weight in moisture before it feels wet, and gives off a little heat as it absorbs it, which suits a damp October. Cashmere and pashmina are finer still: pashmina from the Changthangi goat measures around 13 microns, so it is warm without bulk. Read pashmina versus cashmere for the difference.

Colours of Harud

Copper, saffron and walnut are the valley's own autumn colours. Alongside them sit the deep burgundy, olive and forest tones this season favours, and a few creams for lighter days.

Delivery and returns

Free UK delivery on orders over £60, arriving in three to five working days. Worldwide delivery takes seven to twenty-one days and is free over £200. Unworn pieces with their tags can be returned within fourteen days; the full terms are on the shipping policy page.
