Shipping Policy

Every Kashmir Bloom piece is shipped from our atelier in Kashmir, packed with care and tracked end to end.

UK Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom
• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
• Express delivery available at checkout where offered

India Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders within India
• Standard delivery: 4–7 working days from dispatch

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
• Typical delivery times: Europe 5–8 working days, North America 7–10 working days, rest of world 10–14 working days from dispatch.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country are payable by the recipient. We declare orders honestly and cannot mark parcels as gifts.

Processing Time

In-stock pieces are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order or personalised pieces have a longer lead time, noted on the product page.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at hello@kashmirbloom.com immediately. We can usually accommodate changes if the order has not yet been packed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ working days or your parcel does not arrive within the expected window, write to us. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve quickly.
