Pricing & VAT

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
• Product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our ability. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in colour, weave, and embroidery are inherent to the work — they are part of its character, not a defect.

Orders

• Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund.
• Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock errors.

Payment

• We accept major credit and debit cards as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) through our payment provider.
• All payments are processed securely. We do not see or store your card details.
