Plain brown wool and silk scarf. 70% wool, 30% silk, machine spun and woven, 200 x 70 cm, 65 g.
Properly lightweight. At 65 g across two metres of length it sits closer to a long silk scarf than a wool one, which puts it firmly in spring and summer rather than the cold months. The 30% silk gives the brown a quiet sheen instead of a matte finish.
Brown is the underrated neutral. It works against cream, white, navy, denim and most greens. Loop once at the neck on a cool spring morning, leave it loose over a t-shirt by the afternoon.
