Returns + Exchanges

At Kashmir Bloom, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Exchanges policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@kashmirbloom.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and the address to send the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please mention this in your email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@kashmirbloom.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the item and packaging.
